This mixer is used to incorporate the cement intimately to the soil that is used for making the bricks and mixing cement and gravel in concrete or mortar mix.

It can be loaded with 200 liters of soil, two operators can make the mixing of 3 cubic meters of soil in one hour.

The mixing time varies between 3 and 5 minutes

It has an electric motor of 5 HP may be single or three phase at customer's choice or diesel or gasoline

The bottom discharge door facilitates directly download in the wagon.

This mixer is also used for mixing concrete, where can mix 150 liters of material composed of gravel and cement with the addition of water, which reduces friction and allows to mix a larger amount of material.

Recommendations for the correct operation of the mixer:

· Turn on the mixer empty and add the materials to mix.

· Mix the dry Soil with cement first and then adding the water.

· Keep out your hands the mixer when is running, to probe the soil moisture, open the gate and let download a small amount in the wagon.

· Fully discharge before turning off the mixer and clean to avoid accumulation of material.
